Ms. Sim Sovicha currently is Dean of Faculty of Economics at the National University of Management (NUM), Phnom Penh, Cambodia. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Economic Science from Faculty of Business (currently NUM) in 1994 and a Graduate Diploma and Master's Degrees in Economics of Development from the Australian National University (ANU) in 2000 and 2001, respectively.
