Dr. Leung supervises numerous PhD theses ranging from dollarization and financial sector reforms in Cambodia to State owned enterprise reform in Vietnam to electricity industry reform in Australia.
Career Highlights
Dr. Leung consults regularly with AusAID, the Australian Deparment of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research, the UN Development Program, and the Vietnamese government on macroeconomic and economic development issues. Dr. Leung is also a member of the ANU Divisional Education Committee, and is currently part of the ANU Committee to review graduate course work education.
