Asia Pacific Economic Papers

The Australia-Japan Research Centre (AJRC) publishes the working papers series Asia Pacific Economic Papers. Our series contains the latest research and analysis of the historic emergence of the Asia Pacific region as a major force in the world. While they focus on economic development, they also feature issues on political economy, regional integration and trade. This working paper series aims to provide a forum for the exchange of topical research which is disseminated to a specialised audience of researchers and libraries throughout the world.

The copyright of each article rests with the author, so articles may be republished. This working paper series is an excellent pre-publication platform for researchers wishing to receive access to free feedback and editorial services for their paper. If you are interested in having your work published in our series please don't hesitate to contact the AJRC.

Papers are published under the direction of the AJRC's Editorial Advisory Committee and proposals for publication are subject to double-blind external review.

APEC Economies Newsletter

The Australia-Japan Research Centre publishes the APEC Economies Newsletter every month for the Crawford School of Economics and Government. The newsletter promotes debate about topical policy issues affecting the economies of the APEC region.

The Newsletter alerts the academic community and outside stakeholders of ongoing research at the ANU, making it an excellent informal advertising platform for your research. If you would like to submit an article please contact the AJRC.

The newsletter is published on-line, emailed to subscribers and distributed in hard copy throughout the Crawford School. If you would like to subscribe to receive email access to the latest APEC Economies Newsletters please send an email request to Josie Stockdill, with “Subscribe to APEC” as your email subject.

AJRC Annual Reports

Past AJRC Annual Reports can be accessed online. As of 2010/2011 the Centre will be producing a larger AJRC Biennial Report to allow for a comprehensive account of ongoing AJRC research and Centre movements. The first Biennial Report is to be released in early 2012; the report will be available electronically via this website (hard copies will also be available on request).

The Australia-Japan Research Centre also publishes other publications and reports with the results of ongoing research.
