Online journals
The Crawford School is home to two journals - the Pacific Economic Bulletin (PEB) and the Asian-Pacific Economic Literature (APEL).
PEB
The Pacific Economic Bulletin is published by the Crawford School at the Australian National University. It is an important resource for those interested in economic and policy developments in Papua New Guinea and the Pacific Island countries.
APEL
The Asian-Pacific Economic Literature (APEL) is an essential resource for anyone interested in economic development in the Asia Pacific region. Read by politicians, journalists, businessmen, policy makers, industrialists and academics, APEL avoids technical jargon, and is the only journal devoted to one-stop, in-depth reporting of research on the development of Asia Pacific economies.
East Asia Forum Quarterly (EAFQ)
EAFQ has grown out of East Asia Forum (EAF) online, a platform for the best in Asian analysis, research and policy comment on the Asia Pacific region in world affairs. EAFQ aims to provide a further window into research from leading research institutes in Asia and expert comment on key areas of regional policy. Each issue is focused around a specific topic of relevance and is published by ANU E Press.
Bulletin of Indonesian Economic Studies (BIES)
The Bulletin of Indonesian Economic Studies (BIES) is a refereed journal published by the Taylor & Francis Group under its Routledge imprint, located on the Taylor & Francis informaworld online platform. Housed in the Indonesia Project in the Arndt-Corden Department of Economics at The Australian National University, BIES was founded by the late Professor H.W. Arndt, and has been in continuous publication since 1965.
