East Asia Forum wins 2009 VC Award for Innovation and Excellence in Service Quality.
The Crawford School's East Asia Forum has won the 2009 Vice Chancellor's Award for Innovation and Excellence in Service Quality.
The EAF team is led by Crawford staff Peter Drysdale, Shiro Armstrong and Dominic Meagher, and ANU undergraduates Ben Ascione and Charles Prestige-King.
The team also includes graduate students Peter Yuan Cai, Luke Hurst and Ben Sims, and undergraduate students Hannah Beven, Drew Boekel, Edward Kus, Henry Makeham and Melanie Poole, and assisted by ANU Visiting Fellow and Oxford graduate student Ryan Manuel.
The EAF started in May 2008 and has grown to become a preeminent source of analysis and commentary on economics, public policy and international relations in East Asia. Its contributors are from the ANU and around the region. It helps communicate the results of research to a wider audience, many of whom are policy makers in the region and throughout the world. It continues to grow with 2,000 visitors a day and a subscription list of 13,000.
The East Asia Forum thanks the College of Asia and the Pacific and the ANU for support.
